Actually, I think us girls worry way more than we need to. We worry about if we look good, look bad, if we ate too much, and things like that. We worry about things that really aren't even worth worrying about. I'm going to talk about handling your insecurities, and hopefully it will help you feel better about yourself.
Too Skinny, Too Fat
There is no such thing as being too skinny or being too fat. Your body is YOUR body. You shouldn't be ashamed of your weight. You shouldn't go anorexic just because your unhappy with your weight. Don't let anyone tell your that you're fat because you're not.
Being skinny is nothing to be ashamed of, either. Don't let anybody discourage you. Nobody can tell you how to manage your body. No one can tell you that you need to eat more or eat less. Your body is YOUR body.
Too Ugly
Sometimes, all you have to do is look in the mirror and tell yourself that you're beautiful. If you don't believe that, then who else will? Have confidence. Don't let anyone discourage you or criticize you about anything. Everyone is beautiful in their own little way.
That's my advice to the girls out there. To me, I think those are the most common insecurities us girls have. You will never be too skinny, too fat, or too ugly. You are who you are!
